One subscription per organisation, one price per managed asset beyond the included batch, pay-per-use credits for what the agents do. No per-user pricing: your accountant and your stores work in Register without "seats". No quotes.

What is never charged.
Reading an invoice that creates nothing (trapped document, duplicate, expense) is not charged. A disposed asset no longer counts. Statutory statements and the audit file are included, no option.
If you stop.
Full export (assets, plans, entries, documents, log) in JSON, CSV and PDF, read access for 90 days after cancellation. Your documents remain yours.

Compared with the time spent today
Without a register, a fixed-asset record is keyed in by hand and inventory takes two people. These are the working assumptions of the founding file, with their source. They are assumptions, not measurements: they will be replaced by the first customers' measurements.
